Summary: When you first walk in, the hotel is amazing. Front desk staff was nice and efficient. $15/night for parking seems a bit excessive. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was warm at best, like a bath. The room was decent, beds were comfortable enough. The thermostat on the wall never went below 72 despite having it set to 65. Wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom and the water pressure left a lot to be desired. Breakfast price was steep for a buffet, but kids eat free so that was a huge plus. It’s not a bad hotel, it does feel old though. Get the job done for our trip so I can’t complain!

Summary: Not to holiday in standards beds were hard, mold in the bathroom and all repairs were cheap and very apparent between wallpaper not lined up just slapped on over holes to a wash cloth in the light!!! It was very run down and old.

Summary: Hotel was disappointing for being a holidy inn. The shower had one water setting and it was quite warm, same goes for the sink and the toilet also had warm water causing bad odors. The vent in the restroom did not work. The beds are hard. The air conditioner is a wall unit that is not enougt for the room and if you are in the second bed the air conditioner hits you dead in the face. There were no bags in the trashcans and there was no extra toilet paper. They also do not advise you of the $15 per night per vehcile parking fee.

Summary: Overall the hotel was a nice place to stay and eat. The wait staff was friendly and attentive to our requests. The front desk was also friendly and helpfull. Our room was on the 11th floor and it came with an accessable balcony. The room was oddly hot the rntire time even though we had the air conditioner running constantly. There needs to be some sort of insulation layer better than whats there that could've helped keep the room cooler.

Summary: Booked Mountain View, but we got put on second floor facing East. I called front desk and they stated they couldn't give me a refund of the difference... but they could give me points and free breakfast. We did not even stay for the free breakfast since it is a sit down restaurant and we were trying to leave early. Still no points in my IHG account that I created while I was there. The front desk gentleman was friendly, but still several issues Holiday Inn should fix. 1. don't allow bookings of mountain view if the hotel is completely out of service on that side due to water main break. 2. No refund of difference when people do book mountain view is a bit crazy. 3. still no points in my IHG account (it's been 3 days since our stay) after the front desk worker said we'd get extra points and points for our stay. The IHG website is stating we do not get any points for our stay due to "unqualified" stay ? Booked with hotels.com so maybe that has something to do with it. However, all in all, i'll probably just avoid Holiday Inn next time.

Summary: It was a nice stay. Rooms were pretty nice although a friend who stayed the same night had red stains (blood?) on their carpet. Bathroom was clean. Good strength AC. Which was good since it got super hot near the sliding glass door to the balcony. Nice there is a restaurant for breakfast and dinner where kids 11 and younger eat free. Food is a little limited but tasted good. Service was just ok. Messed up 4 things with our order but it as super nice. Used pool which was pretty nice but need more shaded areas to sit if not in water.
